Your order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices & payment
All prices are in pound sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on UK orders. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do our best to make sure prices are correct, but if we find an error we will contact you before dispatching.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Timings are on our Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns & cancellations
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Full details, including your statutory right to cancel within 14 days, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
