Who we are
BLKCHURCH LTD is the controller of your personal data. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Orders: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if given) and what you bought.
- Payments: handled securely by our payment provider, WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
- Contact & sign-up forms: the details you choose to send us, such as your name, email and message.
- Website use: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order (to fulfil our contract with you).
- To keep accounting and tax records (a legal requirement).
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To send you news about drops and releases, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep the website secure and working properly (our legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed, with trusted providers who look after it on our behalf: our payment provider (WooPayments / Stripe), our website host (Hostinger), our email provider (Brevo) and the courier delivering your order. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google (Analytics) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram advertising) also receive information about how you use our site. We never sell your data.
Cookies
Some cookies are essential, for example to remember what is in your basket. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only used where you have agreed to them, and you can change your choice at any time using the Manage Consent button on our site. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for six years, as required by law. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Other messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
