30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you are returning.
- We will reply with the return address and next steps.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and, where your size is in stock, we will arrange a swap.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return cost and offer a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charge.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and under the Consumer Rights Act goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
